Cause I do and sometimes they reply.

From damnagoras@elvenking.net

Hi!! thanks a lot for your mail!
Blind Guardian is a band that we love. We used to make some covers
when we were starting the band...If I'm not wrong songs like Time what
is time or theatre of pain but those were odler days :D:D
For Trows you should ask directly Aydan since he wrote the lyrics and
he can be more specific. You can ask that question in the ASK THE
ELVES section of the official forum! elvenking.net/forum
see ya!!
D

and

Hello!
And thank you very much for your flattering words!
Trows Kind is about how mankind is loosing its fantasy and will to escape from reality. The Trows are a kind of evil fairies.
...may the winds blow fair at your back!

I usually just use Facebook and Myspace. It's weird how easy it is to contact people from bands that you love.

Now I have Aidan Baker in my cell phone :D

Almost all of the interviews I do for my radio show have been set up online.

Except Gary Isom, who I met at Riffest.

I used to talk to Ben formerly of From Autumn To Ashes back when he was in the band, and I recently talked to one of the guys from I Am Abomination because one of their band members is in jail, so i thought I would enlighten him about jail, lol.

Ask Paul if he's gonna be on the next Subterranean Masquerade album, and if so, ask him how much ****ing longer do I have to wait for it to be released/written/thought about/whatever????

He's said before that the guy has to send him the music, and then he'll decide if he wants to be on it.

And something about the guy now living in Israel, which means there's a small chance there will be another album. Something like that, don't quote me or him on it.

50 cent isn't allowed to buy anything, he is stuck in Em's cage for not selling over 3 mil of Curtis

that blind guardian is better than usher who's just a mediocre hack :)

i mailed equilibrium about a month ago congratulating them on making such a fine album, never got a response but i wasn't really expecting to...

if i was to start mailing all my favorite bands and artists i'd never get anything done as i'd be up all day sending e-mails...
