So I was thinking in this great nation of the US of A we have a startling number of women who cannot afford to remove their body hair. Yet I will propose a solution. Elect me in 2024 and I will make laser hair removal for women mandatory and funded by the federal government. That way we don't have to worry about armpit hair or bikini line hair it will all be gone!!! What a utopian and bald world we will have if all of our women go bald!!! Especially their cooters that will be a must.
So how will it work?
Well there are plenty of people paying into social security, we could take a few hundred billion out of that or take a loan from China and have all of our women bald within 3 years. Nothing quite describes the disgust of a man performing cunnilingus when he gets hair stuck between his teeth.
The process
A panel including President Homo and trusted male advisors will personally examine each woman in the United States. When the woman is deemed to meet certain biological factors including "capable of causing an erection" she will be immediately placed into the care of medical authorities and have the laser equivalent of a brazilian wax and underarm hair laser removal. She will then be a perfect candidate for lathering in chocolate and having it licked off by any volunteers.
