Wrote a song, mate is putting drums on it, god knows how long that will take or when itll be done.

Jamming with a new band on sunday, drummer has been playing for about... oh... 3 weeks.

Apart from that: painting, drawing, taking photos and drinking

I just got into a band as a bassist so I'm currently reworking their old bassist's basslines as they were all root notes.
Also learning how to play better with my fingers so I don't need a pick anymore.

I could really use a monkey like that.
Working hard at perfecting lines for my bands songs. taking about 1/10th of the ammount of time to play bass as I should be.
****, ya know?

Working on the third Eclectic Approach album. With a little luck it will be done and in our hands around Christmas. We're also working on increasing the professionalism of our overall image. This includes a new logo, website redesign, a new wardrobe of stage/photo clothes for all 6 of us, a new van and trailer, etc.

The two goals are rather conflicting as one requires us to gig very little so we can focus on studio time, while the other requires us to gig as much as possible to keep the money train rolling in so we can afford all of that stuff. Busy times to say the least :p

Other than that I'm trying to get all of the other musicians/vocalists on track to finish their parts for my pseudo-solo album. I don't suspect this will get done any time soon, and frankly it's not that big of a deal to me

I've been working on my fingerpicking on acoustic and learning lap steel.

Besides that, school just started and I'm going to be working on scoring a short film.

i've been working on my left-hand dexterity, and learning some theory, just trying to improve my bassline-writing skillz.

sucks when you barely have time though.

I'm working on my piano skills and writing music that doesn't have bass as the main component, lul.
