Basically i want to sell my starter amp and squier bass, but i lost the cord. and cant seem to find a place that just sells the cord. Im sure i could get more money than i put into it if it had the cord. Any ideas?

Any power cord should work.
Don't expect much money for that stuff.

any power cord? lol so i can get a 9v power cord for my amp that takes 120v, but anyway i found one. through my efforts.
Its 5.60$ and i can add 25 bucks onto the amp and bass deal for that sooo. im happy since everything is there

Any AC power cord would have worked was the point. You could take the one off the back of your computer for example. Obviously a 9V DC power adapter wouldn't have worked.
Not to be pedantic, but I doubt that cord added $25 to the selling price of the amp. Sure those amps sell for around $130, but given their nature you should expect massive depreciation. Just my estimation here, but if you can sell it for $50 you'll be doing great.

It might add way more than $25. Who wants to buy a 15 watt starter amp with no power chord? :p

But who wants to buy a used 15 watt starter amp WITH the power cord? :D

Doubt it.
I'd probably just try and get store credit for it somewhere.

Nah, I'd dupe some beginning into paying like $100 for it. A store wih probably give you, like, $30.

It's a possibility, you just need to wait for the right fool. One who hasn't done 5 minutes of research... so... most people.

I guess I'm just failing to see how a sub-$5 cord from any electronics or department store could justify an increase of $25 on an amp that by all rights shouldn't sell for more than $50. Is the cord really worth 50% of the amp's overall value?

I was joking. But my point was that without a power chord, the amp would probably be much harder to sell. A person buying a used Rumble 15 may very well not know that a power chord is cheap and easy to find.
