I doubt most of you were aware that I was gone for awhile, but I'm back. Long story short: I was in Florida for a conference, ate some undercooked calamari quesadillas, and was consequently hospitalized because food poisoning is never a winner, hence my longer-than-expected leave of absence (and the fact that my hotel did not have Internet access... one would think every hotel would have Internet by now, but I guess not). Combined with being on antibiotics for the past week-and-a-half, I got sun poisoning for being in the sunlight, making me look like I have leprosy.

Anyways, that's where I've been - sorry for being away.

I would like to think I got to everything in the last thread, but if I omitted anything, please re-post here and you'll see my patented deepskyblue/red/whatever color I feel like textual edits, Dave's color changes, Jens's ghost modding, or Zebbie's "done" somewhere in your post/a subsequent one.

The brackets thing is no big deal, feel free to use [Fin] or [FIN]. Personally, I like the all-caps, because it designates country of origin on passports and other official d0cuments.

This is annoying and I don't know if you can fix it (may be mx's jurisdiction). The proper way to label/review a work under the umbrella genre of "classical" is by the performing artists on a particular recording and not by the composer. In the case of Clint Mansell's soundtracks, he has Kronos Quartet as the performers on Requiem and Kronos Quartet & Mogwai as performers on The Fountain. As of right now it is split into 3 sections:

I tried to do a combo of the two. We have Clint and Kronos for Requiem and Kronos and Mogwai for Fountain. It was actually an easier fix because of the ampersand in the artist name - it duplicated and just so happened we had a double Clint/Kronos, but with separate reviews (one had Fountain, the other Requiem).

The Trivium review was written by a guy with the screen name "Guy123" and the Job For a Cowboy review was written by someone with the screen name "MrVJ"... neither of which is your screen name. ok so i went through the steps to add a new artist...Intuition...
and then i wanted to add an album. So i go through step 1, album name, release date, cover, track list, and it works...
i hit submit.

and it takes me to a screen...the only thing that comes up is a thing on the left saying "step 2 of 2"

and a link saying "new album here"

There is nothing to do on this page but click the link...and upon doing so the album is not succesfully added to the database...i mean it takes me to a screen where i can rate the album...but then when i go to the artist page...it says there are no albums added...therefor i cant review it. and others cant check it out.

i was wanting to do a review on it so if someone could help me that'd be most excellent.

It is more my maths/statistics mind that had me a little curious. For a % to drop 7%, I would have only have had to have about 14 positive votes elsewhere... & I knew I easily had more than that... No counting was necessary at that stage.
