Infractions are dumb as well because they are supposed to a be a tool to save time in banning trouble users, but in the time it takes to set up you could ban lots of people. Waste of time coding because like no vBulletin forum I know uses them.

like places have it 10 minor warnings then it bans you or three strikes and you're out etc
