even the artist he collabs with are annoying and not really groovy

and also i wish LA was more like 1983 in certain ways, maybe 1983 is just too good anyways how can you top it

from a music as a whole perspective it would be hard

from an artistic perspective (his) he could do it

i think 1983 is very solid but i'm all about artists taking material in new directions

like if he kept putting out 1983-esque material i would get very bored with him as a musician, but because LA succeeds in presenting a new perspective on what makes a beat or a groove or hip hop altogether, i'm eager for his next release.
