Yea so I need help finding a case for this legal issues essay I have to submit in 2 weeks. I figured that this would be the best place to ask.
Here is what the guidelines say.
Locate and Review a recent legal case that has ahd (or may come to have) a significant influence on the new media/entertainment industry. There have been a final ruling passed in theselected case and the case must deal with an aspect of interlectual property or Contract dispute
I would prefer something got to do with the music Industry since in gonna get a degree in recording arts, but I can do something related to the whole media Industry.
