Ash Ra Tempel - Shwingungen
Great record. I listen to their self-titled a lot.
Oh, how could I forget Amon Duul as well.
Here's a link to a pretty cool kraut obscurity I stumbled upon:

rare 70's cambodian folk psychedelic krautrock album that you won't find anywhere ever but i maanged to procure it
http://www.sendspace.com/file/7o8992
the recordings are very soft and warm and chill and the instrumentals are really good and the language the songs with words are sung in sounds fantastic for music. and theres the very featured use of violin as in other asian folk traditions except that this is folk psych krautrock - it sounds surprisingly earthy for krautrock.
enjoy
if you have someting to upload do it

Sounds fantastic, thanks.
I've got some other stuff I could upload, lemme see.
The link I posted is more in the raw *** twisted jamming category of krautrock though.

lol what is this
live and raw yes
I like that ****, personally. The first track is sick. The jam goes so many places. Lots of cool grooves too and really twisted guitar playing.
Not that Can isn't also one of my favorites.

Yeah Silver Apples are terrific. Don't get discussed enough.
I've been heavily into La Dusseldorf's self titled album lately, certainly can seen the Neu! in it.
