It's a fairly well done game but just wait until next week for Age of Conan.

EQ2 is for more the powergamer die hard MMO time sink player.

Everything takes forever. The quests can be hard and require a group. The classes are fairly well balanced and PVP can be a hoot if you know your toon.

I played for a while at release but the curve proved too much. I made it to level 30 before quitting because things just took too long. Too many time sinks and the only saving grace for me was the crafting system which to me was the best part of the game.

It's a LOT harder then WoW. A lot more nerds with no life play it.

I dunno how much bigger then WoW as I quit before BC came out. I found no comparison between the two.

WoW is for everyone while EQ2 is for hardcore MMO players.

You make it sound like EQ2 is only for hardcore players. I found it to be a bit easier than WoW and was fine playing it casually.

yeah same here, i played it for a few weeks non-stop mostly, i wish now that i had splayed it out, because after a while it started to get old, but my friend got to level 70 in 2 months, so it's not THAT hard if you know how to do it.
