Pearl Drum Day: Worth going?

Well the pearl drum day is being held in the East Midlands conference center which incidentally enough, I can see out of my window right now. I'm tempted to go by Dan Foord being there as i'd like to find out what he's up to since Sikth disbanded. 18 quid though is a bit steep a price for a poor student.

$40 actually seems a bit steep for that event. I wouldn't go myself, and I'm on a far larger budget then you. For the money spent, you can get much better and longer worth out of many more things.

for 40 bucks i could get a quarter of some pretty decent nug. But thats not the point.

I kind of think of it as going to a concert. A lot of the bigger concerts here are about $60 so i think it's not a bad deal.

That being said, i think ant is right. It dont think it would be 40 bucks.

see, our system is so much easier

a 10 bag costs a tenner, thats like 1.5-2g usually

an 8th (of an ounce) costs £20

and so on. discounts obviously if you buy loads...

but basically, you look at the bud and the sizee of the dealer. if its a crap cut but the dealers massive, you take it. if not, sort it out..
