heres 2 videos of our school talent show, give me some feedback on how both me and the other guys were! please. theres a few mistakes.
first is a video of me and my friends covering YYZ by Rush

Secondly is 2 friends of mine (all of us in drumline/percussion ensemble together) tell me what you think of the drum set player. the tenor guy isn't experienced on the set but is a beast at marching tenors.

cant hear all the toms stuff, so some solo parts sound jumbled up. but i do want some feedback on rush, i played at my all time low that day.

YYZ is an insanely hard song to play and you guys pulled it off for sure, congrats.

lol @ the epic high five failings at the end between keyboardist and bassist. That was really good though, well done.
P.S are you Drew?

RUSH song was an abortion...sorry. Not tight. Was not ready for public play.
Other thing was messy.....had moments though.

The Rush tune really could have been practiced more... The drummer was draggin' the whole time, though the guitarists and bass seemed to be together to an extent.

I'm gonna agree with the majority hear. The 2nd video was cool, some cool grooves, but YYZ needed way more rehearsal. Don't worry too much about it though, everybody has those moments. You just know to practice your *** off for the next show.

nope he was the guitarist.
and as for the rest of the criticism, we did bad. so what who hasn't had a bad show? played it ace in the practice before. not great, but not horrible for 3 and ahalf practices. nerves i guess. hate having a bad show, were all good players, doesnt do anyone justice. just got into rush in the past month or so, fun stuff.
someone said i played the ride part wrong and m ride sounds bad. comments on that?

Yeah the ride pattern ain't quite right, you've got one too many notes in there.
What you were doing:
x-xx-xx-x-xx-xx-
----x-------x---
What it should be:
x-xx--x-x-xx-xx-
----x-------x---
I suck at tabbing, but you get the idea.
