his. I can always tell when I'm in a depression phase because I stop eating for a couple days. and have little appetite in the following days.

The reason I'm sad is because I eat so much so food is not something I use to feel better.

im getting my appetite back lately tho
that's a lot. feel better.
I probably lost 5-10 over the weekend, but i won't sustain it.
actually i'm backpacking next week so maybe i will <_<

i usually i dont eat or if i do, maybe dark chocolate. coffee is good. or usually i wont be able to decide what i want to eat so i give up and dont eat.

Pasta. But I don't really get depressed, I only eat more when I have less time to exercise and sleep less.. busy = less time to do things, = more time at desk to eat.

i dont eat when im sad but when i get home drunk if i got out so late the kebab house was closed i generally make a sandwich with every meat available to me at the time from the kitchen
