How about

FACTORYMAN: THE BALLAD OF A THIRD-WORLD CHILD LABORER

quote from trailer

Will Ferrell: HOW ABOUT SOME FRICKIN' AIR CONDITIONING! GOD! IT'S LIKE A FRICKIN' OVEN IN HERE!

cuts to factory owner, played in a cameo part by David Carradine, shaking his head

/insert theme song by Journey

Will Ferrell is a hockey player that finds out he's incredible at playing golf, so he makes money winning tournaments to save his grandma's house from being auctioned off.
Oh wait..

That's not a good joke. It would be a good joke if you used a movie that actually had Ferrell in it.

Edit: Try again I think with this new knowledge I've given you that you can create a much better joke. Try using the premise for Blades of Glory.

Navigating Earth's Nether Regions: Getting by with Jackson Howell

Will plays survival expert Jackson Howell as he explores Earth's most exotic locations, and charms their women.

Howell: Oh, look! A jag-u-ar! They're endangered, which means their pissed. If you see one, never break eye contact. And I cannot stress this enough! <turns to camera> Never break eye con...Ahhhhhh!

Show credits, cut to wide shot of Howell running:

Howell: Run in a zig zag, it'll confuse 'em! <he gets pounced by the jaguar>

I was gonna use a premise from a Will Ferrell movie, one problem though. I've never seen one.

How about a film where he plays some kind of sports star, and ends up competing for the championship and a girl against some other sports star played by Vince Vaughn or someone. And hilarity ensues. Or not. It'll still sell.

Will Ferrell is like in love with some girl. But it turns out that the girl is actually a golden retriever or something.

Human Resources: The Legacy Of Rob Chesterfield

Will plays an HR worker who is sexist and constantly sexually harasses female co-workers (oh, the irony!). He meets his match when his employer hires a new hot, young and ambitious female HR worker that Will constantly tries to woo and eventually learns the wrongs of his ways throughout the film.

*Will walks up to new HR lady making a coffee*

Will: Hey, we're outta cream, but if you give me a hand I'm sure I can find a nice warm substitute for you.

*HR lady proceeds to use pepper spray Will's face and leaves*

Will: YAAAAAGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! UUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH AH HAAAAHAAAAAAAAGRRRRRAHHHHHHH By the gaze of Medusa that woman is a cold-hearted BITCH!

Will Ferrell plays bumbling lawyer Johnny Cox, a city slicker long out of water defending his cousin who has been falsely accused of murder much to the ire of a stoney eyed judge played by Morgan Freeman.

Wait, who the **** does he play?

I remember,

Ben Stiller - Zoolander
Owen Wilson - Hansel
The old guy - Something to do with balls I think
And the girl....

Who the **** else is there?

Maybe I've just been lacking my Zoolander as of late. No, I've definitely been lacking my Zoolander.

And Will Ferrel would be bearable if everyone didn't think he was some sort of Christ-like figure of comedy.

"Puppy Love"

Will Farrell falls in love with a girl.... But it turn out to be...a golden retriever.. or something.

Wait.... DAMN YOU AWESOM-O!!

Ok. How about this

8 Seconds

"Blake Conner is a one eyed alcoholic in a fun way Bull rider (the best in the world) who suffers from premature ejaculation. We can make an entire movie out of that double entendre (as well as a joke involving his nickname being "The One Eyed Monster"). Ok, now stick in an out of his league chick that he somehow manages to bang. Throw in Ben Stiller, Rip Torn, a life altering conflict that takes exactly 27 minutes to solve (including the Premature ejaculation problem so we can milk a couple more jokes out of that) and we have our new number 1 Box Office hit."

Will Farrell is a blind man who starts selling drugs to freebasers. He's about to find out that life isn't all it's Cracked up to be. aka this a double post, delete.

EDIT: You can say what you want, but someone is pitching the Bull riding thing to Will Farrell as we speak.
