Well Aguilar preamps are pretty great for a rock setting, the bass is voiced pretty deep. The Sadowsky preamp, especially if it has a VTC, is really made to emulate vintage Fenders that now have subtle bass and treble control.

Aguilar OBP preamps are really popular, and for a good reason.

It is a very "Hi-Fi" preamp. The bass is low and the high is high - gives you a sexy ZING when turned right up :thumb: I have never played a Sadowsky sorry.
