So I smoked pot for the first time last Saturday. Today I got a call from a company that wants to hire me, and now I have a interview for a job along with a drug test about four weeks from now. Am I safe or screwed? How long does dope stay in your system?

Just tell them that you smoked a bit of weed on Saturday night, and that it's not something that you usually do.
Tell them that they shouldn't be surprised if they find anything.

Either way, if it does show up in the results or not, I reckon they'll appreciate you being honest.

Depends on the job tho. If you know that there's a strict no-tolerance policy, probably best to keep your mouth shut.

I smoked the most i've ever smoked in one night this one saturday (on top of being a regular pot smoker), and on monday I took a hospital drug test. I came out clear.

Marijuana stays for about 2-3 weeks. It has a half life of ~19 hours. However, the metabolites, which it breaks down into, have a half life of ~50 hours.

4 weeks is good.
