Lawl, Misanthropy Pure, classic Shai Hulud title. I hope this is good.

God they have the most contrived song titles ever.

However this will probably be better than any HC record that came out in like the past 5 years.

This is of course excluding anything Ceremony's rock hard dick of awesome has touched.

I knew you were joking but I was furthering my point by using your sarcastic point in a serious setting that adds to the validity of what I was saying.

hahahahahhahaha.

So pumped for this...although I can't deny the fellas seem to be getting a little pretentious in their older age.

But as long as Metal Blade doesn't f'uck with it, it should be good.

Kids on punknews are douchebags.

truth, they really do try too hard to be 'smart' and it just comes off as wordy and pseudo-intellectual

though the lyrics in a profound hatred for man are amazing

I like them, but their pretentiousness is lulzy sometimes. They try a little too hard in some songs. Either way, can't wait.

I'll be honest I can't really remember since they all sort of started to blend except for the ones I recall as stand outs.

Ones I remember:
Ecocide
Forged in Flames
Forced March
Gommorah's Season Ends (biggest pile on of the night easy)
Firestorm (personal fav because it's my favorite pile on/sing-a-long)

Let's Chop Cats!

I don't really expect them to since its from that nu-metal album they put out, but that song rules. Also All Out War.

I was going to go to that but I really didn't care much for most of the bands on it.

At the show a night before that though a local band covered Firestorm. Cliche but it was fun.

Yeah I mean I'm not big on Earth Crisis but I knew I would have fun and besides I thought what else am I going to do on a Wednesday night?

Yeah if I was to go I would have had to get someone to cover for me at work, and that's always a pain because the people I work with are meatballs.

I'm glad they haven't changed that much. Maybe there are a few more melodic parts but on a whole it's Shai Hulud.

Seriously though, this is sick. I gots that leak and it is sweet. It's pretty melodic, but still instense. It's kind of like what a lot of people wish Misery Signals were. I might only be saying that because I've been listening to way too much misery signals lately.

DFelon204409
05-19-2008, 10:41 AM
That's because Misery Signals wants to be Shai Hulud.

Dancin' Man
05-19-2008, 10:46 AM
I'm going to go ahead and agree with you. Secretly, sometimes I want Misery Signals to be Shai Hulud.

Not so secretly I think Misery Signals rule.

05-19-2008, 02:11 PM
That new song that Shai Hulud has out is pretty cool. It's a lot more simple song structures and not so complex like older Shai Hulud songs. I'm sure everyone has their own opinions on them but I dig it.
