Just curious,
Is anyone going to nationals in Ottawa this May?
My school is going and we have a symphonic band, jazz band, senior jazz combo, and a jazz trio entered (all of which im a part of) and im just curious if anyone from here is goin'!

My school sucks...so no. I know our band used to go to Indiana, but that was well before i joined...have a good time, would be fun.

I auditioned for the Yamaha Allstar Jazz Band too, I dont know it i'll get in but it's worth the experience trying.

I am! My band's in the 300 level category for concert band/orchestra I believe. This is our first year entering and we got gold.

How did you get gold if it's your first year? It hasn't even happened yet.

i went there three years in a row, .. but not this year i'm out of highschool now.

Woops, sorry. We got gold at our provincial thing to qualify for nationals.

Oh yeah, bomb.
We did too, I think every band has too.
Im SO pumped to play with my Senior combo and trio.
