please put a caption under the user verification stupid jumble number letter thingamabob to say if it's case sensitive or not.
many sites do this. it's not a big ask.
it's hard enough deciphering the stupid characters as it is let alone having to start all over again 'cause the system did a poo on your head for getting the case wrong.
