My nigga.
I plan on going to New Zealand after finals in June and bungie jumping at the highest place in the world to do it. Might also skydive.

That rules. My friend and I have been talking about going to NZ later this year.
I just saw a story on BBC News where they're talking about a worldwide food shortage, and they showed this like stadium-sized silo in Australia that's supposed to be 90% full this time of year but was bone dry.
Don't starve.

If you go to NZ hitup Queenstown. We just talked about the food shortage in my econ class.
My housemate went skydiving last month, he said its intense as hell. You only freefall for like a minute or two but it feels a lot longer.

I've been meaning to ask this:
did you go to Australia to further your study of your major? or because Australia is a sweet place to go to?
I'm curious because I want to study abroad when I get into college.

I mainly came because its a sweet place to go, but I'm still studying my major here. So I guess both? There is nothing I'll learn here that I couldn't learn at home, but if I have to learn it one way or another I'd rather be in Australia when I did.

I live in Michigan so my standards for "sweet places" is pretty low.
Right now getting into a college in Chicago seems like the big money.

Overall how is your experience so far Reiner?
Could you see yourself in a year long program there?
Are you in dorms or off campus housing?
Are the girls there as hot as they are on Myspace?
I hear Australians are even stupider than Americans?

I hear Australians are even stupider than Americans? So far is pretty good, I'm enjoying it a lot more than school back home. If it didn't cost more I could definitely be here for a year, the second semester might start to become more "just school" as opposed to 'studying abroad'. No idea what the myspace chicks look like (hook a nigga up) but some of the broads here are pretty good looking, a lot of americans and asians at my school though. The auzzies I've met seem the same except the accent.

Oh one more question Reiner, are you going to see Madball over there? Because I would.

I think the show might have been last weekend, not sure. I'm not the biggest Madball fan and I've seen them a couple times before so it all depends on if I'm willing to drop bus fair into the city and to go alone since no one I've met here listens to hardcore. My roommate did say Megadeth is playing Australia at some point though.
Matt Steve Irwins corpse isn't in Sydney...I don't think.

Dillinger Escape Plan are coming in mid-May and Off Minor in April, if you're into either of them. I don't know of anything else.
