How do i submit a review

I put my review into the soundoff as thats all i could find and it says its too long so how do i submit my review i cant find how to submit it anywhere

go to the band's page and click add review its on the left its kinda small

You have to print it out and send it to the MX headquarters.

Or you could just go to the artists page and click the link on the left that says 'Add Review' and then follow the steps.
