compressing a session

k so im using cool edit pro and doing poet and the pendulum intro by nightwish, lot's of orchestrations are making the mixdown file up to 35 MB and thats just the intro...how do i compress that?

Can you not export the session as an mp3 file instead of an uncompressed file? That's my first thought but I'm not familiar with cool edit pro tbh.

In order to export to mp3, you need to d/l an mp3 compression codec. I think it's called "lame mp3" or something.

i actually got it, im an idiot and didnt see the waveform thing right there now it's down to 1.4 mb :p
