It would be really hard to do a night of one genre since it's only once a week and all my labels would get mad at me for not playing any new music :(

idunno, only ever really heard DT and Opeth and I'm not a huge fan of either.

Everyone thinks Opeth are cool for a few months, then they get into good music and realize they're boring. They do something cool every now and then, but it's very rare that I ever want to listen to an entire Blowpeth song.

In defense of Opeth...

It seems like their average cd is probably 55-70 minutes in length, that is their main problem. There is usually 30 minutes of great stuff on their, but it's finding it in all the songs that drains people sometimes. For example, Reverie Harlequin Forest has an awesome ending...but you have to sit through the middle 6 minutes that are terribly bland and boring. (the beginning of the song is great too)

Yeah man. The other two they tried to be different than just Rage songs with Soundgarden vocals, but that is what worked for them. Gay!
