Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a transcription for the piano part of hurt onto bass, kind of like how they did it with moonlight sonata? If there is would anyone be kind enough to put it up here?

you do know that Cash did a cover of 'Hurt' on acoustic guitar and he plays the exact same notes as the original
just get the tab for that and transpose it for tapping or whatever you wanna do with it

okay just listened to the original and the only difference apart from all the synth and that is in the chorus where Cash just plays chords
but if you ask me you could still do some nice work with them
