According to my friend from Santa Cruz it's practically legal as long as you're not cheeky about it. I find this is the case the world over, depending on what your definition of cheeky is. I say, it's not legal until the bobbies are smoking it on the beat.

Nah Amsterdam is just a city. We have a wide variety of locations including cities, beaches, deserts, mountains, forests, and wide open fields. Whatever kind of trip you want and the environment you want to experience it in, we got it.

i dont know how many of you live in california, butin the Bay area, betting a medical percription costs about 250 bucks and thats it. i'd say 90% of the people i know that have a cannabis club card have it for "back pain" and most of them are my age[early twenties]. The only thing about this that is saddening is that the DEA will probably raid this place and arrest the guys. Yeah it's medically legal in the state, but the feds **** things up.

And about santa cruz: this summer i smoke joints in front of beach security four or fivve times and twice they came over and talked to us basically just to say "hi" and told us to enjoy our time and not to litter.

The biggest problem with the medical situation right now is price. There are a lot of people on disability and fixed incomes that can't afford the type of pain relief that they need. This is mainly dude to the overhead that most clubs charge. The machine cuts out workers that need to be paid thus lowering the price.

Another thing the machine will do is eventually cut down on drug dealers. that's the main point of this operation i feel. If this is accepted, they could be on street corners. a small finger print station, two armed guards, and an outhouse type thing. Less crime, less risk, more control. If you have a club card, chances are that you grow it anyways which is the best option, but is also them ost dangerous.

Three problems with that:
1) Nobody knows where Oregon is.
2) There are probably more marijuana plants in Oregon than people.
3) The few people that are in Oregon don't know where all the marijuana is and therefore can't distribute it efficiently or effectively.

Besides, there are those of us who find money to be of the lowest magnitude of importance. A necessary evil to be sure but really just another arbitrary concept to keep bridges being built and politicians in office. Certainly not something to base a lifestyle on imhmfo.

Now neither is weed, mind you, but at least marijuana relaxes where $$$ usually seems to beget strife in one way or another.*
