Anyone play this game?

I was thinking of getting it as I was looking for a good RTS. IGN and gamespot seem to rate it quite highly, but I'd like to get some more opinions. If not what other RTS would you suggest?

The whole cold war gone mad theme seems interesting, and the unconventional approach to rtsing seems innovative as well.

My brother has it so I've checked it out a little. It's pretty good, and has an innovative approach to RTS gaming.

I played a similar game back in the day called Ground Control that was the same style of RTS. The more tactically focused game-play is definitely very interesting and refreshing. I'd probably buy it if I had the money and time to play it.

It does look quite interesting, I might pick it up for the 360 when it comes out on that, but then again, idk how RTS games would be on a 360

I was in the beta and played the demo a little. I've grown out of RTS games, but this one was really unique for me, at least. Less emphasis on building, growing, etc. It's really fast-paced for an RTS and all the focus is really on battle and that's it.

If I was more into RTS games, that would be the first I'd get.

This is the first RTS that I've played constantly, or at all.

I really enjoy the tactical aspect of using different vehicles and tactical aid strikes. It's really enjoyable and an hour and fifteen minutes can go by fast once you get into the game.

Looks amazing. Apparently its a bit of a system killer though.

It does look amazing. I bought it but it didn't run too well on my comp because it has ridiculously high specs. I took it back because I thought after you get past all the really nice (and i mean nice) visuals and animations then there isnt really much to it, but i guess i prefer more tactical and development sorta games like AoE 3, most people like this game though.
