err not manliness maybe there's varying definitions and thats not an argument i want to get into but simply: ive just notice over the years that guys who've reacted negatively to this song when it comes on tend to be those deuchebags insecure in many ways and tend to exhibit excessive masculinity (for compensation or something idk). the last time i heard this song randomly come on a few years ago i was in a sculpting room with a radio talking to this hick guy and it came on and he actually made a scene to have the song changed
