I need to buy another 360 first. Mine barely works. The disc goes unreadable after a half hour all the time, and the tray takes many many attempts to close. I wish these new consoles lasted longer than a year or two. This crap breaks all the time. My first N64 still works great.

Looks like some cool stuff though that definitely makes me want to get another one.

Yer man, it's true.
My SNES works 10x better than my PS2. Doesn't take 10 minutes to realise there's a game in it.
If i didn't have a 360 i would definitely be thinking about getting one after seeing that.

God I am so looking forward to a new Splinter Cell game. Those are always just the best things out there. Same goes for all the Tom Clancy games. Crap books, but awesome games. That new Banjo Kazooie thing reminded me of something too. Apparently since Rare is now making games for Xbox, they are planning on rereleasing Goldeneye 007 on the Xbox Live Marketplace with like updated graphics and everything. It was only a vague rumor that I heard somewhere, but that would definitely be ridiculous.

I could see Rare doing that. Although i expect the graphical update would be barely noticeable. I don't have xbox live either, can't be bothered with subscriptions. I have my Wii on the internet cos it's free, sadly the chances of Goldeneye and Banjo Kazooie being released the on Wii's VC are sooo slim.
It's a good thing i still have my N64.

You should get Live. It's relatively cheap, and sooo worth it.

I'd like to play Goldeneye on 360 just because I am so used to the two stick set up for FPS's.

I don't know how much it is a month in the US, but i think it's like £9.99 here. That's quite expensive. I'm pretty crap at games anyway and i'd feel like i'd have to play it if i was paying for it.
That's one area where the Wii and PS3 are superior, cos it's free. Although i don't know how different the quality is.

Also Goldeneye on Live was going to happen, but now isn't as Nintendo and M$ couldn't agree on how they split profits.

The project is finished, but Microsoft and Nintendo couldn't reach an agreement on royalties so it got canned.

my bad someone else already said that, but goldeneye was pretty awesome. the AI was so easy to beat. in multiplayer i always picked natalya and ran around crouched trying to karate chop people's legs
