I heard you can fold paper up to 12 times, is this true for pizza also? I really hope so

Depends if the pizza is made out of newspaper dough or not.

For those of you who fold your pizza, why? I mean, it gets more pizza into your mouth in one bite, so it's definitely more efficient. However, you sacrifice taste for this efficiency, and you have a bad thing.

usually, if i just eat it flat, all the cheese comes off in my first bite
folding my pizza fixes that
Yield

I see. However, couldn't you just make a deeper bite, so that the cheese is completely bitten off, instead of tearing off a bite?

This is actually the first time I've heard of such an act.
Typical Americans needing something big to bite into, I laugh at your nescience.

It's easier to handle. Plus, it you are eating greasy pizza, it gives the grease a channel so it can drain.

It's not that, it's just personal preference, and I seek to understand why this is such. However, if I am ignorant because I didn't realize that Americans need something big to bite into, then this is true.

This is an occasion in which I'll fold the pizza, if it's really greasy.

Only the scum of the earth fold pizza.
The correct way to eat pizza is to dab the grease off with a napkin, and eat it like a normal civilized human being who isn't retarded enough to fold his pizza.

My sentiments exactly. Note that I did say that if the pizza was too greasy I would fold it; I'm not contradicting myself, I'm just saying if the pizza is too greasy, then it is more economical to fold as you do not waste napkins.

Another thing, since when were pizzas greasy? I've never had grease drip off my pizzas. Again, maybe it's an American thing, I know you people have a relationship with fat, AHAHWAHWHAWAW.

American pizza is indeed extremely greasy. You absolutely need to blot it with a napkin before eating it or you'll gain like 2.5 pounds.

no. i eat pizza once a week. haven't gained any weight from it. and it also depends on the place. i wouldnt eat pizza in some places

Americans like bigger, thicker pizza for some reason too, so that adds to the grease factor; i.e. Chicago style deep dish as opposed to thin New York style crust
Boston and New York have the best pizza in my opinion

can we arrange the pepperoni into a scythe and hammer?
The Stig
01-12-2008, 11:50 PM
Well you could use cheddar cheese for the red and yellow...But deal with the colors being inverted.
4yearpro?
01-12-2008, 11:52 PM
pepperoni and cheese in the crust and some garlic knots as the topping
Yield
01-12-2008, 11:53 PM
well, we could just layer the pepperoni so that it makes an outline of a scythe and hammer, and then the colors are right
that's a lot of pepperoni though, and I don't like too many of them

01-12-2008, 11:58 PM
hmm, well we could just go with the original plan of pepperoni as the scythe and hammer, and then to balance out all of the grease from the cheddar, we could do more of an il frommagio for the cheese

Well, it has scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and gravy in place of pizza sauce... so it's not really like pizza at all, except that it looks like a pizza.

Yeah I used to eat those and didn't like them.
But the only time I'll eat eggs is if they are scrambled/in an omelette and I have a liberal amount of ketchup.

They did the paper thing on mythbusters.
The problem is that it gets exponentially thicker and thus harder to fold, but they got a huge sheet to something like eleven folds.

So it is legit.
