I've been there since 2005, and it never ceases to amaze me. Radiohead in 06 was the greatest moment of my life. Anyways, anyone have any ideas for bands playing? Heres my list of predictions/reallly hoping for:
Broken Social Scene
Beirut
Black Kids
LCD Soundsystem
Black Lips
Explosions In The Sky
Band of Horses
Jack Johnson (not a fan, but hes likely)
Black Mountain
Why?
M.I.A.
Blitzen Trapper
CSS
Vampire Weekend
Iron and Wine
Yeasayer
A Tribe Called Quest (they'll be the unexpected)
Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings
Santogold
Bjork
Animal Collective
Mountan Goats
Diplo
Mars Volta (yes, again)
Saul Williams (yes, again)
Unlikely, but Im praying:
TOM WAITS
Justice
Daft Punk
Wolf Parade
Wu-Tang Clan
Jens Lekman
SOUL COUGHING REUNION! (thats even more of a stretch than Tom Waits, but a wonderful thought)

Hopefully MMW and STS9 show up again this year. Maybe Herbie Hancock too. That would be sexcellent.

moe., O.A.R. and Pepper are very likely, but String Cheese played last year, and they didnt seem to have as big of a draw as I expected. Yonder Mt. and Big Wu seem on the edge
MMW got even better when they added Scofield. Saw them this summer and they were better than the last time I saw them. STS9 will prolly be there, as will MMJ, cuz theyre like Roo Legends.
I'm thinking this year will either go totally indie music or revert to its jam band roots. Itd be nice to have both though
And sadly, I doubt there will be a Phish reunion. That would make my Roo though.

wouldnt it,...
but,...even if there's no reunion i bet trey's there,...
i'd also like to see ween added to the mix
Tom waits and a few others are artists that it would take for me to go back. 06 and 07 were great but even before 07 was entirely over me and most of my other friends said we were done with it.

I don't think I'll be heading to Bonnaroo. There are sooo many better festivals that go on during the summer. Plus, I got Langerado in March, which has a sick sick line-up. Ya'll should check it out. www.langerado.com It's gonna have R.E.M, Beastie Booys, Medeski Martin Wood and Scofield, Sts9, Phil lesh and freinds, Minue The Bear, Pelican and so so so much more.

That line up is stinky.
I'm going to start saving up to go to Terrastock 7

That looks awesome.
I don't have any festivals planned. I'll probably go to Virgin Festival this summer, again.

Yes, they will blow your mind. I've seen them a few times now, and theyre always a pleasure.
And about Ween, itd be great to see them again, saw them last year and they had a HUGE draw full of hardcore fans, so it's likely that they might be back. But their new album sucks, sadly.
As for Sharon Jones, she is supposed to have a fantastic live show, sadly I left for vacation the day she played here.
