I dunno tbh paul. this girl i used to work with and rooted a few times when i lived in england is a flight attendant for emirates now and shes based in dubai and she makes a **** load between no tax and allowances for long flights etc.

I dont think dubai is anywhere near as bad as the other arab states. its the place with all the hotels and **** so its pretty reliant on the tourist dollar and it will only become more so, so i dont think they would be iplementing sharia law anytime. The leaders are quite good from what ive heard although im no expert.

i know theres a wollongong uni campus there so i could study in dubai pretty easy if i wanted

if you go on www.whatismyip.com today and tommorow they will be different

generally, your router/modem will renew its connection at some point through the day (mine is at midnight/1am depending on DST)

and then basically the ISP has a pool of IP's to give you, and when your modem renews connection you just get the first free one the IP has, so if people are on the same provider, as your ip changes from day to day you could end up with the same one... i presume there is not a huge amount of internet traffic in UAE so its not a surprise to see 3 people who have had 1 ip
