im going to be picking up a low end ltd (mh-50) to mod here soon

my main concern is the bridge. i have never worked with a floyd style trem before and am wondering how much of a trouble its going to be to take it out, put it back in, and set it back up. any help on this would be greatly apreciated

also i dont have any plans set in stone yet so i was also looking for suggestions on some mods or finish ideas you guys might have

anything else i should know or consider? btw this isnt my first time doing this sort of thing. ive redone 2 other guitars before this just not with the trem...

thanks :thumb:

What exactly do you plan on doing?

not much, to the guitar itself ill be refinishing and rewiring with new pups. thats bout it

but what im asking is how hard is it going to be for me to take it out, and then put it back in and set it up myself?

it may be easy as heck but i have no idea beacuse i have never owned or worked with a floyd style trem before

remove the like 2 screws holding it down to the anchors. Do that after removing the springs. then get it set up by a tech. not hard tbqh.
