Since I recently got a girlfriend, I felt impelled to write her a song. So yes, it may be cheesy, and I'm still working on some of the lines (I'll point them out):

I found a way to bite the watermelon (funky image, but not much rhymes with Helen)

Even though it takes only 13 words
With this woman it only takes one
The literal word can never quite suffice our appetites
But staring into the olive paradise is brighter than the sun!

don't really rhyme you could change the second one to

How much you care, how much you know

I think that's grammatically correct!

Next thing:
Personally I would replace "endless embrace" with "timeless embrace" idk just to me it runs more smoothly.

How can I take your face to erase?

---> "just by being; when I see your face"?

knew rhymes with you, its the second and fourth lines that rhyme, not third and fourth.

I'll fiddle with "timeless"
