Just buy a mixer with 4+ inputs. It's that simple. Don't cheap out, really, you'll regret if later if you ever get more mics. Try and get one with 6 or 7 inputs if at all possible.

What kind of price range? If you are looking for a mixer to allow multitracking you will need a firewire mixer. The most popular one is the Presonus Firepod (FP10) or the Firestudio. These run around $500 or so, actually i'm not at all sure on that price, just check MF/zzounds.

I'm using a Phonic Helixboard with I'm really happy with. I got mine for about $300 on eBay brand new.

By the way, multitracking allows you to edit each individual track (one for each microphone) separately after you have recorded it. Gives you a lot of flexibility.

Tbh go more than 4. I've got a 4 track mixer used for practice but we couldnt really record thru it. There aint enough tracks(unless I used minimal mic set up)
