On another note, the guy who made those is probably a wicked good player.

I liked the Manring one though. The Wooten one just sounded bad

I thought the wooten one was funny because it sounded so bad. Like the Steve Vai on heroin one

Yeah but the Manring one looked funny, he'd play 2 notes and smile to himself like he was awesome.

The Wooten one just sounded as if he made a bunch of mistakes.

I don't get it. Am I supposed to be thinking:

- "what a great bass player, to have copied Manring's cover"?
- "What a horrible dubbing"?
- "Ahaha, not so good without the looping?"

The begining of the manring was great, but both got old.

None of the above.

Its a parody. Its a video of someone whos meant to be really good, but someones (very cleverly and accurately) overdubbed it to make it sound like them sound very bad.

Its funny

Mm alright. I had seen the original before, and I actually thought the dub-performance was pretty good, haha.

Minus the clever part.

This was a pretty serious fail.

Yeah, I thought they were pretty funny. A little sad in a way though, since Jaco's solos toward the end became so thematic that often they were almost parodies of themselves.

So yeah I'm gonnna take it down to 5,000,000 bpm but if you can't do it yet it's alright........ just quit, you'll never be as good as me anyway. Just sell your guitar on ebay, and give up.
