Anyways, a friend I've known all my life is wants to build a new Fretless 6 string from Hs Guitars UK.

I personally have very little experience with fretless basses and gear, so could you guys point him (me) in the right direction?
His budget is about 400 pounds which is about $830.
Does anyone know that line? Cause I have no idea what pickpups are which.
