Charles Mingus' Epitaph

Does anyone here happen to have a rendition of Charles Mingus' Epitaph? It's supposed to be his Magnum Opus but I can't find it anywhere, be it legally or illegally.
So if someone here couldn't provide me with a link, I'd be most thankful.
