They're really good live. Saw them at RIT, opening for Thrice and Brand New (the first lame MTV-emo vocals from Thrice, and I was gone). But anyway, mewithoutYou is amazing, and their bassist has really interesting bass lines that stand out a lot, and add to the songs a lot too. Then, when we were leaving, we saw this bizarre van drive around from the back, with all these goofy stickers, and we're like hey, what if that's them? So we followed the van for like ten minutes, and when we finally got along side of it, there was just one really, incredibly angry college student staring back at us. So, we just stopped at a Quiznos and started the long drive home.

mwY= my favorite band, and thrice used to be good, just not anymore (post vheissu thrice is bollocks).

i saw mwy in a venue that could probably only hold 150 people, i was right up front, it was mad epic.

I pushed my way to 4th person back in a very large pit. There was a lot of mass pushing and getting squeezed like a freakin' sardine. The venue could have held a lot of people. It was in a college b-ball gym. Also, I got Brother, Sister on vinyl. It's pretty cool.

Thrice's new cd is just plain amazing. The second disc is genius. MWY is great as well. Brand New I can live without, but that would have been a sweet show to have been at.

I saw MWY, thrice and brand new.. and was RIGHT up front in the center. My GF loves BN so we got there extra early, and got let in early to get a bad *** spot.

MWY amazed me.

My life has been improved a little since I started listening to mwY, which is more than I can say for any band ever. Never have I heard more humbling, honest, depressing or uplifiting lyrics.

I saw mewithoutYou when there were about 50 people there, it was amazing. The singer gave me a cucumber and a bunch of flowers.
