I saw them play 6 songs once.

I was going to go see them but it was a 19+ show so I just stayed home and wrote poems about being emotional
I've seen them a few times since they re-united and they've only dissapointed once. It was a festival though so you could tell they weren't feeling it and the crowd response was lukewarm. Not a bad setlist, they seem to be playing more later stuff these days though.
Still up there with the loudest bands I've seen.

so i guess he had to teach Lou and Murph all the songs he wrote after Bug? thats pretty neat but i would have liked to see Little Fury Things too

I found them to not be very good live (way too loud) but I saw them when I didn't like them as much as I do now. Isn't that funny? I wish I could see them now but I find I like the stuff from the Fog more then I do the stuff from Jr.
I saw them on the Green Mind tour or therabouts. My little brother is fanatical about them. Anyway, grats Nacho. Glad you fulfilled a life goal.

Green Mind is a really good album, probably the best that J could write on his own.

You've never heard of Dinosaur Jr?
That's a shame. You shouldn't even be allowed to post in this forum.

we wanted to find them after the show and smoke a bowl, I was thinking about stuff I could ask Lou and settled on "is it awkward to play 'Feel the Pain' and ****"
also Lou is surprisingly huge, like height and muscle-wise
i had to miss them when they came around last week and i'm kicking myself for it. Beyond is my favorite album of the year and that set list looks pretty great. lucky.

The closest they played was New Orleans on Dec. 6.
