im sure people have asked this before, but the search function is slow right now and/or is not responsive.
im going to see if my tech systems (tech ed) teacher will help me out with this little project. it doesn't seem to expensive with the most expensive things being tuning knobs and the strings.

they are not the most detailed but they should work. do you see any major problems in those plans that i should fix now?
some questions
1) sound difference between metal body and metal body with wood top.
2) woods to use. hardwood for fingerboard, but what type?
3) does different holes effect sound. (ex: difference between an f-holes and an open circle)
im most likely am not going to start this project till spring, so i just want ideas right now. cheers :chug:
edit: ill have my orchestra teacher for any questions on placement of the sound post. are there any other questions that i should ask, besides the three that i asked you guys?
