Firstly, add http:// to the beginning of your music link so that it will work.
Secondly, it's "you're breakin' my balls", not "your breakin my balls".
Thirdly, the song:
Nice guitar playing. The programmed percussion sounded stilted and painfully synthetic. So did most of the other non-guitar stuff (maybe try adding massive amounts of reverb, or other effects; sometimes you get interesting sounds, especially with the percussion).
As for the running commentary during the song: eh. I guess you're trying to make a political point (obviously), but from a musical standpoint I thought it was an odd pairing that didn't really tickle my fancy.

typing whilst listening:
the guitar is fantastic. I would put the speech lower in the mix though. the second guitar that comes in is nice as well. the percussion is great, but the synth or whatever that deep thing is (not the one sounding like a viola or summat, but that lower sound that kicks in some beats before that... it's like a bass or deep softsynth or summat - dunno) sounds awful. and I was kind of disappointed when it ended so abruptly. I expected a longer psychedelic little jam here. but either way it's a nice song with potential. it made me wanna listen to some more of your stuff, so...
"McCandleless"
the drums don't sound real good. especially the snare sounds pretty bad. to sharp. midi-ish. the guitar sounds great, and the drums don't do justice. they just sound awkward. deeper kick drum, and less midi-ish snare please.
"Internal Laughing"
once again it starts out with some nice guitar. but it kind'a sounds extraneous to the rest of the track. it doesn't really melt together too nice or logically. fair enough though. once it gets started with what I'd like to call "part 2", the song is real good. the guitars are great. the harmonica is rocking. the drums are... yeah... they suck again. the kick drum sounds like a low-tom, and the tom and the snare sounds like midi-instruments, yet again. painfully awkward in combination with this real nice chord progression and harmonica. would be interesting to hear this with vocals hehe. oh... holy s'hit man. the lead electric guitar rules - a lot! it's almost as if I don't even notice how much the drums suck. it's just awesome. real good stuff there man.
"What Deaf People Hear"
piano? hmmmm. nice. I'd like to hear some drums though (just not s'hitty sounding drums). the synth and piano works okay, but it gets dull without drums. it works better when the guitar is joining in, but even still - drums would be nice. the panning towards the end is pretty darn good.
so to conclude:
nice songs but your drums suck.
