A year or two back I was really getting into metal. This changed pace earlier this year when I rediscovered my favorite genre, rap.
I've picked up a few 2007 metal albums, but I'm sure there are many I'm lacking yet.
Care to recommend any?

It's just behind Imaginary Sonicscape for me, but it's awesome. 2007 has been a great year.

Have that too. Only listened like once though. I'm not really into folk stuff.
I also still have the task of properly tagging my now 90 gigabyte music collection. Try not putting that off. Not gonna happen.

Great album, I used to not like them but this album turned me over. Saw them live a few months ago, without their second guitarist/vocalist wich kinda sucked (but replacement vocalist George made up for it for the most part).

I think the vocals are ridiculous in a good way, but they aren't hard to do at all & get boring quick.
And yeah, as a band they really suck. The drummer's gravity blasts are really ****ing uneven and most of their songs are dominated by 3 or 4 chord slam riffs.
