I'm currently putting the last touches on my bands demo tunes for our CD and I really really really need your help!

Holy War (Demo)
hi-fi URL: http://www.soundclick.com/util/getplayer.m3u?id=5978654&q=hi
(May take some time to load - it's 320kbit)

The instrument side is done.. So all I really need for you to do is:
I would very much like for you to tell me how you find the volume betwen the instruments and the vocals to be. Also views on how the vocals are mixed.

But general opinions on the tune are welcomed aswell.

so it does, my laptop must have just been being funny

anyways, a great orchestral start, it seems your very good at doing that kind of thing. The guitar is nice and fast an the heavy symbals on the drums help to make the guitars sound very in your face as they come in. I don't really like growling, but i know a lot of people do so that's all cool. I find it hard to believe you also made christmas orchestral tunes :) anyways the mix: yeh seems to be mixed just about right to me, maybe a little on the loud side, buit i quite like vocals being loud over the instruments. Anyways, seemed all well put together.

Thanks. :)

I make all types of music.. I find that if you 'lock' yourself in one genre you kill your inspiration. But symphonic music is actually very similar to metal, which is one of the reasons why it work so well together. (Dimmu Borgir as an example)

But it's metal - so the vocals mustn't be too loud over the instruments.. It must fit quite perfectly, which is why I need 'new' ears to tell me what they think. :)
