I've never seen much discussion for HWM on Sputnik, does anyone else love this band? Unite!

Jack of all Trades is one of my favourite songs. HWM rules.

Great band. A flight and a crash is pretty much an excellent album but in thier split with A3 I didn't like their covers too much.

What's their name now? I can't seem to remember.

Hot Water Music are one of my favorite bands ever. Fuel For The Hate Game might be my favorite album.

aren't they getting back together though?

Their drummer left the band I think. They got a new one and changed their name to The Draft as said before but they're pretty much the same band. They released an album sometime this year which I still have to listen to.

I heard somewhere that the actual Hot Water Music was getting back together though. I thought The Draft was Hot Water Music without Chuck Ragan?

Anyone dig Rumbleseat? Bluegrass-ish stuff with Chuck Ragan on guitar and vocals. He also put out a solo album recently that was really good.

That album art for The Draft is sick. And 24 songs? S'hit.

Yeah ok, I got it wrong. My brain's messed up lately.

Yeah they have just posted up 3 tour dates, none in Australia though. A Flight And
A Crash is my favourite album, then Caution. I'm not all that into their earlier stuff as much, but it's still great music.

I agree with the comment on their alk3 split but the Leatherface split is really good.

Fuel For The Hate Game > Moonpies For Misfits > A Flight and a Crash > Forever and Counting

I really dont listen to the rest too much.

Moonpies is a good song, don't really rate the other three songs.

Bad *** band! Seriously one of my favorites...I can pop in fuel for the hate game and listen to it for a day. I'm really excited that they are getting back together. I bought the drafts' cd and it was really solid...still no HWM but it definately spun a few times in my stereo.
