I'm a new user, and I feel retarded for not being able to figure this out (and I'm sorry if this isn't where I'm supposed to ask about this sort of thing, but the search forums feature doesn't seem to work...another thing to look into). But anyway...

How do you upload and use a custom avatar?

Any guidance would be greatly apreciated :)
