try screen printing it yourself and put clearcoat after.

it would probably cost $25 at the most.

you need to make a frame, a screen, an x-acto knife and emulsion. the screen is reusable, but the emulsion is for one time use only. water corrodes it.

it would be easier to go to a t-shirt printing place near you ask them is they can do it for you.
