morleys aren't as good as crybabys.. I dont own any bass effects, but i do have a boss overdrive, fuzz, and envelope filter that work great on bass. I had a morley Bad Horsey and one of their classic wahs at one point but then I tried a crybaby. I got rid of my retard morleys and kept the crybaby.

In my experience any effect will work for bass, it just depends on how you set it up.
