I think we should do PvE...easier to level. I know both Nik and I are used to playing Alliance, and Ben has never played. I can do anything really, my main is a hunter, my highest alt is a dr00d. However, I am perfectly skilled in both healing and tanking. I think we should play whenever...but meeting up is the way to go.

I need to be on a PvP server because I like pwning people, especially when they are higher level than I am. Smashing face > all

My only problem with rerolling is that I just started my character a little over three weeks ago, and I had to grow to love Alliance because Horde rules, obviously. My current Ally pwns face, and I really like my guild, as well as I have RL friends on the server. :(

(By the way, I was going to start a bass forum WoW thread, but it was so we could have a place to discuss, so every thread was not locked due to being horribly off-topic. :p)

EDIT: I am used to tanking and healing, as well as I used to play a hunter. I would, more than likely, roll another Pally, but it is possibe for me to roll a Druid because I have been thinking of starting one as an alt.

i'd rather cut myself than play wow atm, my guild broke up after getting deep into TE and SSC and Elemental Shammies are getting a 16% dps nerf on average.

I know that they are receiving massive buffs. Phalanx said they were receiving a 16% DPS nerf. Also, I read that Lightning Bolt (I think it was) was going to do less damage? Otherwise, everything else they are receiving are massive buffs.

that's why you don't be large bundle of stickss and stick to one race, that's completely unfun. Just make whatever race looks cool and run to the respective starting area, you'll all be in the Blood Elf starting area / ghostlands at level 6 anyways

it's very wise to take Blacksmithing on a warrior since at level 70, all warriors want to make their Epic two handed and one handed weapons which are very good for PvP

I dunno why you guys are worrying about CC so much, you only really have to worry about CC in the level 60+ instances

Well, we're not dead last progression wise anymore...My guild alone has bumped us up to top 10 in our battle group and pulled our server up a few spots.

It's a brand new server in a brand new battle group, and trust me, "every" server does not have BT on farm.

I'll consider it. Right now on my latest character I've grinded myself to boredom... Primal Fires, holding off on quests for heroic rep. All that shitty stuff, so we'll see. It'll be awhile before I invest the time in another 70 again. Hell... my mage is 68 (he got boring), my rogue is 67 (my "main" now), and I've got a slew of characters in the 40's and 50's.

Yeah, I looked into Warlocks and Mages, and I like that Mages have more explosive power. I am too lazy to sit around and wait for the person to die because I am sitting there casting Curse of Agony and Immolation repeatedly, then busting Drain or Siphon Life when needed, but, if anyone becomes too close, I Fear those mother****ers!

I continuously ganked lowbies in Hillsbrad, yesterday, and I had an absolute blast. Then, they called in a 70 Pally and Warlock, and I was owned in less than a second. :lol:

Do what I did: Your best friend leaves the server to continue playing his Troll Shammy on Darkspear, even though you went to Crushridge to play with him and a bunch of RL friends, so you then make friends with an old, pretty well-know casual raiding guild who have done more than you can thank them for. I want to theorycraft fury DPS tables and QQ over the quagmire that is the fury/arms tree in 2.3.

Did you know that if your off hand speed is the same as your main hand speed, the game can't tell which hit will land first so it gives the flurry charge (haste bonus) to both of your weapons instead of just one?

Still, we're pretty deep into end game content. We tried Kael Thas for the first time yesterday, and we're about to kill Vashj...two GIANT cockblocks from TK/SSC to Hyjal and beyond.

I recently got the Netherbane off of A'lar, and stupidly off-hand it with a Dragonmaw as my main. Offhand with more top end damage than a main-hand=lol. Main hand is also too slow, .1 speed slower than the Netherbane. No good, can't get the 4 charge flurry concept.

It's either that or go back to the merc glad offhand, which is 1.5 speed...Kind of sucks, but the stats are superior and imo, offhanding isn't a big deal.

But if I did go back to the merc glad offhand, I'd be compelled to use the Netherbane over the Dragonmaw, thus losing the haste but gaining some AP and marginal crit.

I am making it 70 as fast as I can, and I think I am doing rather well on time. I should be there by December/January.

My guild is not serious about doing end-game content at a fast rate, as well as we had a bunch of people from Group 4 leave the guild, so that set them back, trying to fill slots. My guild has completed Kara, but they are working on Gruul's Lair at the moment, only having downed High King Maulgar.

EDIT: The farthest on my server is the guild entitled Humble, completing Black Temple, with Ewiges Licht and Dark Moon Templars behind them. EL is one of the oldest raiding guilds on the server, too.

Niko is well aware of this. He was planning on spec'ing Holy once he started raiding, etc. He is trying out being a Retadin, and he is having a blast, whereas being a Tankadin became the same for him, though he thought it was loads of fun. His guild is recruiting him as a Tankadin, however.

At the moment, he does not have to worry about it. Crushridge is pretty lenient about pallies spec'd other than Holy, so he is okay for the time being.

Niko was also topping the DPS charts last night in his group for Uld.

When I was on Vent last night at 1.30AM with some of my guild, one of them found out that I had Horde alts on Darkspear, and he stated that he did as well. We ended up rerolling more alts for the hell of it. One of them became an Undead Mage, the other an Undead Warlock, and I became a Blood Elf Rogue. I had never been a Rogue, as well as I hate their absolutely being when it comes to PvP, lol, but they are actually a tonne of fun! I am still adjusting to the energy bar, as I am almost always out, but woo!

They ran from Undercity to the Valley of Trials, then I went and met up with them from my starting location. Some Orc Rogue asked, "Blood Elf Rogues are here?!"

Well, yeah, that is the only way they can win, haha. If a warlock does not spot you before you spot him, he is dead.

I am usually defeated by warlocks, but there was one warlock hanging out, killing my friend in Arathi Highlands. He did not see me, and I just rushed him, and he was dead about a second later. He was only able to cast Curse of Agony on me, sucka.

When a mage uses Frost Nova against me, I immediately use Hammer of Justice because I can use it from, like, 5 yards away. Then, we sit there waiting for the debuffs to go away, hahaha.

Frost bite will clamp you down from 30 yards away. I love being a frost mage. I know everyone sees me as an easy target. I have 700 hp for ****s sake. But even if I don't kill them, i know made that battle ****ing annoying.

Everyone hates being slowed.

If you're in Hillsbrad, get used to it. You'll be going through it consistently for about 20 more levels. (Arathi Highlands, Alterac Valley, Stranglethorn Vale, etc.) It cools off a bit in Tanaris, Feralas, and the Hinterlands. If you get REALLY tired of it, see what you can pick up in a Thousand Needles.

Since you rolled on a pvp server, get used to it.

I barely find it annoying, I like being able to escape a lvl 70. I know it just pisses them off. Especially since you're a mage like I am. You have alot of different escape utilities.

Just hope they don't resist your frost nova.

South Shore is right across the street from Tarren Mill, so you will just have to adjust to it. Some 30 hunter was complaining to me about that very reason last night, and I basically said, "Dude, you rolled on a PvP server, so it is going to happen."

There are constant attacks on SS and TM because of the two factions being so close together, STV does not make things any better. People go down there to camp people, haha. If you are in a battle with a caster or hunter, take advantage of Loss of Sight (LoS). I did that with a hunter, and it took him forever to kill me. We ran around a building in circles, hahaha.

I was up until 8AM this morning. I ran Uld, ZF (x2), and ST, but didn't finish the last one. :upset:

I ended up looting Gutwrencher (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=5616), which I could have sold for 60g, but I gave it to a n00b. I am so freakin' nice, and it does not help that I have ~250g at level 44 with no prior characters on the server. :p

I was out all day, for it was a friend's birthday.

I did not level my druid to 10. I was pissed off because of this ****ing douche bag who could not play worth ****, then the quest was pissing me off even more, and I screamed "**** THIS QUEST" into the guild chat and logged.

He would be mad because I was healing him, instead of attacking the enemy, and he told me that he did not need heals. He had a close call a few times, and I was the one to save his *** every time. Then, he would be mad because I was not healing. When he died, he asked me not to loot the bodies, until he came back, which I was cool with. When he rez'd, I died, then he starting looting corpses without me there, as well as telling me all this bullshit. I said, "You could have thrown me a heal," to which he replied he was about to, but I know he was casting another Wrath. **** that dumb *** bitch.
