I know it won't happen because there's no reason for it, but I'd love to see Hooch come back. He has some of the best lines in the whole show IMO

Haha, I never even thought about how right you are until now.
Never say never, amirite?

Yeah, I definitely wasn't expecting that end. Wonder who will step up to the plate? I highly doubt they would throw in a new character at this point so it has to be someone we all know. Probably Doctor Cox, but I still think it would be great if the Janitor took over like he did on the other episode.

Elliot just ruined Kelso's life.

Spoilers.

Kelso's birthday was coming up and he told Elliott he'll be 58. She found out that's not his real age, went into his personal file with the Janitor, found out he's 65, threw him a party, and now he's being forced to retire.

MattSharpIsCool
11-30-2007, 02:03 PM

Well there aren't that many episodes left, so he will probably retire in the last or last couple of episodes, if they get made!

true, breaking into his personal file was pretty bad though

Akira

She had good intentions, but if an older person is comfortable about his or her age, leave it at that.
Elliot has a chronic inability to mind her own business.

That episode was much better than others from this and the last season.

Akira
12-01-2007, 12:42 PM
I don't know about last season, I actually thought it was a solid season, but it is by miles the best episode of this season so far.

The Janitor's joke where he kept stopping Elliot because he heard bells wouldn't have been funny if it didn't go on so long, but they committed to the joke and it was awesome

Akira
12-01-2007, 01:36 PM
It was funnier for me because just like last week in English we read Poe's "The Bells" and we listened to a recording of a guy reading it. The Janitor's rant reminded me a lot of this guy going "The bells bells bells bells" in a hilarious voice.

that is why janitor is so great
He's an obnoxious *** hole

I love it

JumpTheF**kUp

You guys do realise that he would have had to retire anyway?

I mean, you can lie to people, but you can't edit your personal information. The administration would have known his age.

And Janitor is awesome.

He wouldn't do that to his kids. Or his wife, for that matter.

ohcleverhansyou

Or to a show that's still primarily a cable television comedy.

The Sludge

I still say Kelso will punch the nose off of Cox by the end... then Cox would be Chief of Medicine.

Obvious prediction: JD and Elliott happily gets together.

Ok I've been meaning to ask this, but I'll sound like a n00b but w/e I don't care now...

I love this show, but only watch it on Comedy Central (back-to-back starting at 3 PM and 7 PM). I always catch re-runs of past episodes, so what channel are the new ones shown and what time?

Well it's on NBC Thursday nights at 9:30... Comedy night done right... Though it wont matter much once the writers strike kicks in, which should be soon.

I'm pretty sure the producers have been saying for years it's not going to happen.

ohcleverhansyou

Dr Cox wouldn't be a very good Chief of Medicine, we've seen in countless episodes that he's too idealistic to make the decisions Kelso has to make.
