How much rep can you give evey 24 hours?
How many times do you have to rep before you can rep a user again?
What are the rep:rep given/rep taken ratios?

It says you have to wait 24 hours but I can usually rep again in a few hours when it says that.

After a few hours I can usually rep once and then it dies again =/

It would be nice knowing how many people I can PM a day and how long I have to wait before I can PM a user again.

Why not just AIM/MSN them?

Just PM them once asking for contact details if they don't have any :/
